We cannot speak highly enough of Locksmith Express. Showed up exactly on time and representative himself well , If there was a word better then well we would use it. He has a solution for all our problems and there were many. .Communication between us was taken with great regard and again he provided a solution for every one of our concerns.
His pricing was extremely acceptable as I am a retired contractor and did not need to negotiate. We spoke about his wife and his family and it seems to me he is real family man. Rado was super quick and efficient with his response time and his work quality. Called this morning and he responded IMMEDIATELY. He came this afternoon after completing another job. He installed a wifi/fingerprint lock and new handle set. He went the extra mile to ensure everything worked including adjusting my screen door handle and ensuring the app paired properly with the lock. All ready for winter. He then installed a handle set for my neighbour and adjusted her screen door handle and her deadbolt. I mean who goes that extra mile? Rado does! Thank you Rado. My front door dead bolt died and I called to have it replaced as I could not lock door. He responded immediately, was here with 20 minute, replaced it but used same exterior fittings and was done very quickly. When he saw that I was wearing a mask he immediately went to his truck to get his mask. I appreciated this very much.

Came home to find the cylinder of my door lock had come out while pulling out the key. Found Locksmith Express by googling and couldn’t be more happy. He arrived in less than half an hour, which was great since it was evening and very cold out. He had me inside in seconds. He installed a new cylinder and even fixed the alignment of my door so it latches better. Plus, when I accidentally paid him too much, he corrected me. I asked for his card, and will be passing it on. The google search sure was a success. I would recommend 100%. Very, prompt, professional, and honest!

Rado was great. Fast coming to my rescue. (Key lost to garage side door and opener wouldn’t work). He efficiently replaced the lock and matched it to the side door. He removed an old lockbox also that a contractor left a couple of years ago and even helped get the garage door reprogrammed for me. Very neat worker. Can’t recommend or thank him highly enough.

Replace Front And Side Door Locks

Radoslav was very quick to respond to my request. Hediscussed the job thoroughly with me and with the aid of pictures of able to provide me a solid quote. He kept me informed of his arrival to my home and upon arrival stated he was going to inspect the existing locks and would be at his vehicle for approximately 1/2 hour. When he returned he immediately began the job. He demeanour was very pleasant. I noted he had the most organized tool bag I have ever seen. The job became a little more complicated than originally thought due to probably 2 prior DYI’s, undeterred he knew exactly how to remedy the situation, the appropriate tool to use and demonstrated such confidence, ability and professionalism that I enjoyed just watching his work ethic. The locks and handles were of far more superior quality that I could have purchased at Home Depot (even the higher. end) the weight was noticeable, the turning mechanism very smooth and just the weight of the keys made the quality evident. He was meticulous in every action, he must have taken the door plate off 3 times to ensure it was exact and perfect. I live in a at least 90 year old home where nothing is perfect, except now my locks. He removed the kick plate 5 times and readjusted it until it was flush with the door jam. He had to realign the existing drill holes to the new lock specifications because of the prior inferior work. Through all of this he never appeared annoyed or frustrated, he appeared to thoroughly enjoy ensuring his work was perfect. That was the front door, when he moved to the back door he did not walk through my home he walk outside to the back door. He totally cleaned up the front entrance and the only debris was what you would expect from someone drilling through a metal and steel door, really less than you would expect. He stated this back door would probably not take as long. He ended up performing the same amount of work plus fixing my weather stripping so the door would shut tightly and the locks would be accurately placed. I truly can not say enough positive about my interaction with Radoslav and the professionalism he displayed. With the extra work which was involved he did not alter his quoted price. While he was working I asked him if any of his customers ever got this excited over new door locks. He said the fact that I was happy made it enjoyable. I finally feel safe.

Radoslav was the only one who was helpful over phone.

I recently purchased a home, and our rear door was badly in need of replacement (broken sidelight etc.). The door installers told me I needed to purchase the handle & lock separately, and suggested I contact a locksmith since I wanted the front and the rear locks to use the same key.

I dealt with 3-4 other locksmiths through homes stars. They all told me that the lock style had to be the same on both doors to have same key. They all wanted to know what kind of lock I had on the front door so that I could buy a matching lock for the back door. I had no idea how to know what lock style I had, and I told the locksmiths as much.

Radoslav was the only locksmith who could tell *me* what kind of lock I had! He asked me (over the phone) what it said on my key to the front door. He could tell it was a Schlage lock based on about three letters/numbers on the key. The lock didn’t say “Schlage”.

Perhaps the other locksmiths could have known I had Schlage too, but Radoslav was the only one who was helpful enough to ask the right questions and give the right answers so I could know what I needed to do.

I just moved and I needed a locksmith to change the keys in my locks. When I called Rado he answered the phone immediately, answered my questions clearly, volunteered helpful information, and gave a clear pricing explanation (no hidden fees). He was available to come the next day, but then he had a cancellation and so was able to come within an hour, which was great.

Not only did he rekey my locks but he fixed the way one of the locks was sticking and he also drilled out the latch hole in the strike box so I wouldn’t have to pull hard on the door (all included in the price he had quoted me). He even gave me some good advice about weather stripping.

He had a nice personality – friendly, professional, polite.

I had called one other locksmith and was quoted very similar prices so I believe his pricing is good (I’ve never hired a locksmith before so I don’t have a sense of the market). I felt I got very good value for money.

I’ve seen advertising: only $29, or companies that state they are not expensive, but they don’t really give you a price (they say it depends on the “type of mailbox” – like not all of them are standard…!! ), but if you insist, they add up to at least 125 + taxes for those who really give you an estimate (they may be 250 or more as well), but if they don’t, be prepared for some rough surprises. I moved in to a new condo in Etobicoke .
i wanted to change my key as a new owner. My friend gave me the number of LocksmithExpress and Called them for a quote . They explained me that there might be a master system in the building and i have to check with the management if there is one and if they are ok with me calling a different locksmith than the building’s locksmith to do the job. He was trying to help me not just to come and change my key and leave me in a situation with the management i don’t want as a new owner . Anyway… There is a master system in my building . After I spoke to the super they were ok with me using my locksmith becuase theirs is unbelievable price !!! Rado from LocksmithExpress came on time , rekey my unit to the master system without any problem , cut extra keys for me and charge me 1/3 of what the building’s locksmith asked for .

Lock Replacement

I asked Rado to look at my front door to replace the existing old deadbolt and lock with a new keyless entry system…. was a very delicate install as the door he was installing it on was mirrored. he installed the lock .. but it was defective… had to wait for a new warranty replacement unit. Rado came back .. removed the damaged unit and reinstalled the new unit. He had to programme the new unit which was difficult because the instructions provided were inadequate. He was very fast… knew his stuff, didn’t damage the mirrored door.. which was very difficult. He was pleasant, efficient and went out of his way to make it a good experience. Would highly recommend his service.
