Replacing Mortise Lock

In less than 12 hours, Rado responded to my post, came to our home, went to purchase the necessary parts and completed the job. Very nice man and he worked exceptionally hard to replace our mortise lock, which was a very difficult task. We hit the lottery when he contacted us.
